Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return before sending anything back.
Return condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags and hygienic liners intact. Swimwear, intimate items, gift cards and products marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty or required by applicable law.
Return shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
