Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. During launches or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping rates and delivery
Available delivery methods, costs and current estimates are shown at checkout for your address. Orders of US$79 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed.
International orders
For destinations outside Hong Kong, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination. Customs processing may affect delivery time.
Tracking and address changes
Where tracking is available, we will send it after dispatch. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
